Providence Square
Enhanced a community power center by adding a grocery component to a former Office Depot box.
Procured and handled negotiations with Sprouts Farmers Market (29,000 SF) securing a 15 year lease.
Lead complex relocation negotiations of several existing tenants in order to make way for Sprouts as well as façade improvement to an adjacent anchor.
Created significant value in terms of increasing shop rents and upgraded the existing merchandising mix.
Achieved an early renewal with T.J. Maxx/Home Goods, adding significant term and further stabilizing the asset for the future.
Plaza at Mall of Georgia
Led the leasing efforts on the redevelopment of a 70,000 SF former Toys/Babies combo store
Procured Goodwill of North Georgia on a 15-year lease in 29,000 SF.
Leased the remaining 41,000 SF to Urban Air Adventure Park (which transaction was later delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic).

Involved in all aspects of preliminary site plan concept and design, layout, anchor consents, merchandising and leasing execution.
Completed tenant line-up included Panera Bread, Vitamin Shoppe, Kay Jewelers, Moe’s Southwest Grill and a local Japanese restaurant.
Immense increase in NOI as well as overall value to the center.
Eagles Landing Pkwy
Led the leasing efforts on redeveloping a former Shell gas station and c-store.
